Please note, the Help system is not 100% complete for every module – we are working hard to make the documentation as efficient and as helpful as possible for you. If you still have an issue... and your computer is on Windows 10....
Windows might be blocking the content of the help file from loading due to it being flagged as a remotely downloaded file. This is a safety precaution that Windows applies to some file types downloaded from the internet.
Per the screenshot below, can you right click on the help file, select Properties, and if present check the Unblock checkbox and Apply the changes. After this is completed you should be able to re-open the help document and view the content as expected.
