REMOTE CLOUD TRAINING SESSIONS
- Bi-monthly – we will hold a training session every two weeks to start. Will add more classes if needed once we get into a groove.
- General training – not specific to any store
Stores would take the general training and then assigned reps will go over specific settings for each store as part of the 360 install/training process. - Thorough – will go through all features stores may potentially use
- Documentation – Training Manual
In order to remain consistent – we need a training guide and exercises the stores can do as homework. - Test account for training - DEMO or Super Lab - Shane
