  2. Fill out all required fields as indicated by an asterisk*.

  3. Leave Is Active checked. 

  4. Select Security Role. A user can have multiple roles. For more information review the table below.

  5. Select Save.

Note: When setting up new users use a generic password as they will be prompted to reset the first time they login.

User Name

Name used to login.  No spaces.

Is Active

Deselect if user is no longer active.  Do not delete User.

Display Name

Name that displays when logged in to system.

Password

At least 7 characters long, contains at least 1 letter and 1 number.

Email

Users email address.

Security Roles

Select the appropriate role based on what the user’s job function. Review table below.

Access to all modules.

Buyback User

Access to only Buy Books in Buyback.

Merchandise Manager

Cannot access Reports, Buyback, People and Accounts and some Admin menus.

Store

Manger

Manager

Cannot Buy Books and cannot access Admin.
