The Inventory by DCC report is used during Physical Inventory. This is a broader report, you can run this report to see your variance and how well you did on the count.
You can also find this report in Products>Physical Inventory>Export
Select Reports > Report Templates > Select View on Inventory by DCC.
Your report templates screen may be in a different order, the way it is pictured here is sorted by Category. Select the arrows next to the column heading to sort how you would prefer.
Popup window will display for you to select your options.
If you want to run this report for only 1 area or 1 fixture, enter them here. If you leave it blank it will run for all.
Select the DCC(s) you would like to run this for. Keep in mind if the results exceed 4000 and error will occur.
If you select Summary, you will only have the options below.
If you select Detail, this will provide more information (View image on right for more information) and you will be given an additional option: Include fixture detail/area detail.
Make your selections, select Export. PDF or CSV (excel)
File will download to browser where you can select to view, then save or print if desired.
