Enhancements
Buyback
You can now add, edit, and maintain buyback sessions.
You can now create, search for, and maintain buyback lists for open sessions.
Buyback sessions can now be closed. Closing a session changes the status of the session, as well as makes the associated buyback lists un-editable.
You can now generate a packing list, through buyback, for a list of books and total dollar amounts purchased for any buyback purchaser.
Buyback Utility
You are now able to log into a Buy Books utility within the application to purchase books from students. The utility:
accesses information about the buyback session,
associates customer information to a transaction,
searches for books to purchase,
enables adding cash to a buyer’s drawer,
shows buyback offers to present to the customer,
add selected offers to buyback transaction,
Complete buyback transaction.
Upon completing buyback transaction, the system automatically adjusts used stock on hand for items purchased for the store list and loga titles purchased for the wholesaler for later reconciliation.
Imports
You can now import term information from PrismCore.
You can now import additional supplier fields when importing suppliers.
Miscellaneous
Searching within the Buyer’s Guide now searches appropriately based on your Search by option and input.
Prices can now exclude from Shelf Tags.
You can now add credit requests and credit memos in Returns.
Reports are now properly sized as 8 ½ x 11.
Terms is now a column on Order Decisions search page. In addition, the Course List report now separates New and Used stock on hand numbers.
Corrections
Buyback list now shows used SKU.
Buyback list, Buyback to Subtract drop down, is now populating.
Administrative users can now create additional administrative users.
Users can now export the Inventory by DCC report to both csv and PDF.
Term sequence series’ now accounts for a new year sequence, when assigning a letter.
When selecting Work Requests from within Course Requests, the system now properly sorts the requests in alphabetical order.
Unnecessary messages no longer display and messages that do display no longer active screen elements.
