The shelf tag layout - how many tags print on a sheet of paper and how they are arranged - is set in Store Setup on the Parameters tab.
Access Course Requests.
Select Print Shelf Tag from main screen or locate and select course and select Print Shelf Tag from course screen.
Select Location, if more than one.
Select Shelf Tag Type.
Select Sort Order.
Check Print only tags that have not yet been printed if applicable.
Check Include blank course requests if applicable.
Check Exclude pricing information if applicable.
Select or unselect Request Types.
If your term/course/section, is not selected, use Course Sections to search for and select the correct Term, Course(s), and/or Section(s).
Select Export to PDF, in lower right corner of modal. Shelf Tags export and display. You can then print them.

Location | Displays the Mosaic location. |
Shelf Tag Type | Select Single Title or Multi Title. If selling digital books, select single title tags as they currently display digital books as expected. |
Sort Order | What order you want the tags to sort in when printed. |
Print only tags that have not yet been printed | If you only want to print tags that say Yes, on the Print Shelf Tag field on the course request. |
Include blank course requests | If you want to print shelf tags for course requests that have no detail. |
Request Type | Check or uncheck boxes to only print shelf tags with certain request types. |
Course Sections | You can search for a term by entering information in to the search field. You can also just scroll. Open the folders to locate specific departments, courses, and/or sections. You can select multiple or just one. To select an entire department check the box at that level. To select an entire course check the box at that level. |
