In Web Admin select Shipping Codes.
Select +Add to create new Shipping Code.
Fill in the information as defined below.
Enter Starting Order Value, Ending Order Values. After entering the Ending Order Value, enter the Shipping Fee and select Enter/Return on your keyboard to open a new line.
Select Save.

Code Description | Additional description of code if desired. | Shipping Fee | Fee charged for shipping of that tier |
