In Web Admin select Shipping Codes.
Select +Add to create new Shipping Code.
Fill in the information as defined below.
To create Starting Order Value, Ending Order Values. After you put in the Ending Order Value, enter the Shipping Fee and select Enter/Return on your keyboard to open a new line.
Select Save.
