Master Record
Select + Add from the Product Maintenance screen, then select Add Book.
The following modal with display:
Select Add New.
Enter Author last name only.
Enter Book Title.
Enter Book 13 Digit ISBN.
Enter Digital ISBN if applicable.
Enter Edition.
Enter Copyright year.
Select Binding from drop down list.
Select Supplier from drop down.
Select Supplier Discounts if applicable.
Enter Imprint.
Select Status from drop down.
Click in to the field to activate the calendar and select the appropriate date.
Enter Comment if applicable.

Book Type Details
Select if book will be sold as New, as Used, and/or as Trade.
Verify the DCCs, Price Tag Type, and Tax Type, for all lines.
Uncheck Buyback and Want List Titles if applicable for New and Used.

Pricing and Inventory
Select the button for field to calculate. Defaults to Retail.
Enter Cost or Retail to calculate.
Margin defaults to default margin set for selected DCC.
For used, if applicable, cost/retail update based settings for updating used from new in Parameters.

Barcodes
Barcodes generate based on ISBN for the types of books created.
Select Save at bottom of screen.
