The NBC Mobile POS device must be registered before use.

  1. Power on the iPhone device by holding the power button on the top right edge of the device.

  2. It may be necessary to unlock the phone by sliding the unlock bar on the iPhone device.

  3. Flick left or right across iPhone screen to find and then select the NBC Mobile POS application from the list of app icons.

  4. Tap in the Server field and enter pos.prismrbs.com.

  5. Tap and enter the letter C plus your store number. For example, C123456. Please call Support to verify your Store Number.

  6. Tap <Register><Register Device>.

  7. You will be given a Registration Code number.

    1. To complete your registration on the cloud move on to step 8. If you do not have access to the cloud or are uncomfortable doing so, admin tool please call Support at 800-510-3911, option 1 for POS Support.

  8. On a workstation log in to pos.prismrbs.com

  9. At the top of the page click on the link for POS Admin Site

  10. You will be taken to a log in page where you will need your account number starting with a C, for example, C123456. Along with your Username and Password for PrismPOS

  11. Once logged in, under the drop down for POS Parameters, select POS Setup and select the POS location in the drop down at the top for where this mobile is being registered at from the drop downof the page for the location in which you wish to register this device.

  12. Under registers, select the register number for this mobile unit from the drop down and hit Edit

  13. In the new pop up, under Device ID,  select the registration code provided on the mobile app from the drop down and click Save Changes at the bottom of the pop up.

  1. On the mobile POS hit OK and then click register again to complete and you will be taken to a log in page.

Unregister Device

The NBC Mobile POS device must be unregistered from one store in order to be used at another store.
