Quick SKU and Non-Merchandise Transactions

Quick SKUs allow you to add SKUs from your back office database into a menu for ease of selection from the Quick Menu instead of scanning the item.
Non-merchandise are items or services that you sell but do not track in your inventory.

All Pay In and Pay Out are set up in the back-office system and are available by selecting Quick Menu.

Pay In Cash

  1. On the Home Screen, select Quick Menu.
  2. Select Pay In and appropriate pay in type.
  3. Pay In displays in the Details Frame.



  4. Enter the amount in the Enter the Pay In Amount field and select Add.
  5. After all items are added, select Pay.
  6. Payment Method displays in Details Frame.
  7. Select Cash.
  8. Cash: Tender Amount displays select the correct amount complete.
  9. Transaction completes and receipts print.
  10. Transaction Complete dialog box displays.
  11. Select Reprint Receipt, Print Gift Receipt, or enter an email address in the Email Receipt field.
  12. Select Next Transaction.
