  1. Select + Add from the Customers homepage.

  4. Account Number will Generate On Save if left blank.

  6. Upon Save, new tabs appear.

Transaction History Tab

  1. In Transaction History Tab, it will show all transactions on this Customer account.
    You are able to see Transaction ID, Date & Time, Location, POS Device Name, Cashier, Transaction Type and Total.

  2. Use the View button on the left of the transaction line to view. This popup window appears.

  3. Review data and you can move to the next tab.

Rental History Tab

  1. In the Rental History tab, you will be able to view rentals associated with the selected customer.

  2. Review the Rental Status, Rental Information and Transaction Information as desired.

  3. Use the Transaction # to search in the Transaction History tab to view more information on the transaction.

    1. You are also able to find the same information in Reports > Transaction Search. However, you will need to search in the correct date range to find the transaction whereas the Transaction History tab will pull directly by transaction number.

Accounts Tab

  1. In the Accounts tab, you are able to see the customers who utilize this account. You are able to Unlink and Link Account.

  2. When you select Link Account a window will popup letting you search/select from a dropdown list of Accounts.

  3. Start Date and End Date will populate based on the Account if applicable. Otherwise, enter in Start and End Date.

  4. If applicable, enter the Credit Limit. This will update the Available Funds. (credit limit-customer balance = available funds) Customer balance will update with use.

    1. If it is a No Credit Limit Account, it would look like this.

  5. Select OK to close window. Account is now available in the list.

  6. To Unlink an Account, highlight the Account you wish to remove, and select Unlink. A popup will ask you if you are sure you want to do this, if so, select OK to perform action. Otherwise Cancel.

  7. Save
