Cashiers now have options if a request for customer signature times out. Previously, if a customer did not sign at the pin pad and the request for signature timed out, the cashier was unable to complete the transaction and had to back out to start restart the payment method againprocessing. Now, if a Signature at the pin pad was not captured . Cashiers now cashiers have the choice to “Complete and sign receipt” or “Resend signature prompt to pin pad”

If a digital text has more than one quantity, a more friendly error message is provided. Previously, the message “Unable to obtain a Basket ID” ” was given. This has been changed to a more user-friendly the message that POS receives from Web that reads presenting “Quantity of ISBN (ISBN) is greater than 1. Please limit quantity to 1.”
