1. Log into PrismPOS Admin Tool with your credentials, then select POS Parameters.
2. Under ConfigurationPOS Parameters, select USERS.
3. On the User tab, locate and select the appropriate user in the list, or use the search field if the user is not currently displayed.
4. Select the EDIT drop down arrow Edit User button next to the locked userUser Name.
5. Uncheck ACCOUNT LOCKED. Please note that "Require Password Change" may be checked, which will require you to log into WPAdmin to reset the password.
