You are able to create and edit POS Tax Rates.
Select +Create Tax Rate
Enter in desired Tax Name
Fill in the City Tax Rate %
Fill in the State Tax Rate %
Fill in the County Tax Rate %
Fill in the Special Tax Rate %
Save
To edit Tax Rate, select edit on the tax rate line you wish to edit.
Fill in the new City, State, County, Special Tax Rates.
Select a Start Date and Start Time to launch New Tax Rate
Select Add to Schedule
Save
If desired you are able to delete the Scheduled Updates by selecting the red trash can after scheduling. Then Save
To load or change Tax Rates, put in a ticket to support.
We based our import off of Avalara data, which is generally consistent with any state sources we have seen. The file requires zip code, State, City, and optional rates 1-4. Here is the file sample from our QA system...View file name taxRates_Sample_Import-202444-102422.csv
