  • Access PrismCore and open various modules

  • Add items to PrismCore Item/Inventory Maintenance

  • Understand the difference between Item and Inventory Maintenance

  • Understand the ordering cycle

  • Create Purchase Orders

  • Enter Receiving

  • Enter Invoice Information

  • Create and resolve Credit Requests

  • Create and apply Markdowns and Write-offs

  • Create Sales Events

  • Understand how to generate various reports

SESSION LENGTH:

This online session requires a 6 hour daily commitment with breaks over a three day period. Please plan on attending all required sessions for a complete training. (10am - 12pm, 12:30 - 2:30pm, 3 - 5pm Central Time)

INTENDED FOR:

GM Buyers/Managers and Store Managers who want a basic understanding of all aspects of software.

COST AND REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

This training session falls under the Bronze level Training Package and above (see the Training Packages). If your store has not purchased a training package, cost for training is $1,350 per participant, plus applicable taxes.
