Emailed Receipts
For Mosaic clients using PrismPOS 2.0, an environment was setup for SendGrid and emailed receipts are being properly sent and received. Previously, emailed receipts from the register were getting “An Error occurred on the server” message. This issue has been remedied.
Tax-exempt Exchanges with Accounts
Even exchanges now function correctly without errors. An issue was resolved that was causing system errors during even exchanges, related to receipt scanning, purchasing tax-exempt items, and using certain payment methods that required an associated account. This scenario now functions as expected.
Refund UI
The entire row can be clicked or pressed when selecting items on a closed receipt for refund. Previously, selecting the detail row on POS was not behaving the same as selecting the checkbox. Selecting the detail row was selecting the product, but checking the checkbox was not always selecting the product and therefore the “Refund Selected” button would be disabled. This experience has been improved.
NOTE: The “Refund Selected” button will be enabled by default but if items are selected and then deselected so that there are no selected items, the “Refund Selected” button will be disabled."

Download Sale Packet
For Mosaic customers, the Download Sale Packet button no longer produces an error when pressed, and the sale packet will successfully download. In Thunder Admin Tool > Transaction Inquiry, when the Download Sale Packet button was pressed, an error was being displayed. This has been fixed.
Tender Deletion
In Thunder Admin Tool > Tenders, if the Tender Name is blank, a new message “Name must be provided” is given. Previously, a blank tender could be created and, after the tender was created, there was no option to delete it.
A “Delete” button has also been added next to the Save button. As long as the tender has not been used in the system, a tender can be deleted. If the tender has already been used in the system and the Delete button is pressed, the message “This Tender is used in the system” is given and the tender will not be deleted.

Bugs and Small Enhancements
Fields on the Thunder Admin > POS Parameters > AR Accounts > Edit Account page have been changed back to left justified instead of centered, bringing consistency with the format of all other modules. When the “Additional Prompts” tab was added, the fields on the page were centered instead of left justified. This has been fixed.
When a variable $ transaction discount is initiated and a quantity of items is added, the discount amount is given for each item. Once a quantity of 3 is added, it splits the items into 3 individual lines and the discount changes. This has been fixed by disabling the use of Variable $ transaction discounts in Thunder Admin > POS Parameters > Discounts > Transaction tab. Item Dollar Variable is still enabled and allowed to achieve the same result.
The error message sent from Jumpbooks to POS if purchasing more than 1 of the same digital book has been updated for clarity. Previously, this message was misleading and ineffectual in it’s purpose of preventing stores from adding multiple quantities of the same digital ISBN to a transaction.
