Each time a new book database is produced by Texas Book Company, you should receive an email with the ftp url, credentials, and filename to obtain a file from the wholesale company. Once you have obtained the file, you will use the Load Book Database module to load the new file into your WinPRISM system. You will need to run WPAdmin as an administrator.
