  1. Select + Add from the Product Maintenance screen, then select Add Book.

  2. The following popup will display:

  3. Select Adopt from Buyer’s Guide.

  4. Scan/Search by Author, Title, ISBN, Book Key, Edition, Imprint or Copyright.

  5. Scroll and/or use arrows, in the lower right corner, to move through the list.

  6. Select Adopt button on the linedesired title.
    Create new or new and used? dialog box will appear.

  7. Select Supplier.

  8. Select New or New and Used accordingly as desired.

  9. Once selected, you will receive confirmation message that it has been created and be taken to the Edit Book screen.

  10. Verify all information in Edit Book screen and select Save.

Digital

  1. To check for a Digital version, scroll to the top of the page, under Digital select Check For Update

  2. If no digital is available, popup will display.

  3. If digital is available, popup will display.

  4. If available, Digital field will update on top and new Digital tab will appear.

  5. Edit Title if neededUse the Check for Update button as needed to update digital record. Last Refresh date will update.

  6. To see transactions, select, Show Transactions.

  7. Search for transactions and to see more information, copy the transaction number and search in Transaction Search. Alternatively, go to the customer account and search the transaction in the Customer transactions tab.

  8. Select Save.
