PrismWeb Manager
Image Validation
Image uploads now include validation to prevent users from using image formats that are not web-friendly. Users will see an error message warning that the selected format is not allowed.
Users are now prevented from uploading images that are greater than 10,000 KB in size. If an image is too large, the application will show an error indicating the file is greater than the allowable size of 10,000 KB.
The application presents a link to squoosh.app, which is a popular online image conversion tool. Squoosh.app is a tool you can use to convert or resize an image to supported specifications.
Catalog Groups
For clients implementing the PrismWeb 2024 template, there is a “choose image” button in the catalog group detail page. This button allows a user to upload an image to each catalog group for presentation in the new web template.
String Sanitation Fix (July 7)
Product names with ampersands now display normally in PrismWEB manager. Previously, when the new string sanitation method was put in place, ampersands in product names were getting converted to their HTML encoded counterpart, “&“. This has been fixed.
Reported Errors when Creating Alerts / Store Hours (July 7)
Creating alerts and store hours can now be done without error. Previously, there were reported errors when trying to create alerts or store hours. This has been addressed.
FreedomPay AVS Instructions (July 7)
Updated instructions within the Freedompay AVS configuration screens have been updated to clarify that configuration should only be changed with guidance from PrismRBS staff. Previously, the instructions were inconsistent with the expected process.
