Special Priced Custom Orders
These orders come from to order entry from our sourcing department by email on a spreadsheet priced outside of our normal invoicing structure. We invoice each title at its own unique price. Not a percentage off the list price.
Special Priced IMS Orders
We currently have four commercial accounts that receive special pricing.
Aztec Shops receives an additional 20% discount on the regular discounted price. . They place their orders on MyNBC and order entry goes into the order and makes the special price adjustments.
New book $100 list – standard discount 30% = $70 – additional discount of 20% = Invoiced amount is $56. They are allowed returns privileges.
Used book $100 list – standard discount 50% = $50 – additional discount of 20% = Invoiced amount is $40. They are allowed returns privileges.
Stanza Textbooks receives an additional 10% discount off the list price. They place their orders on MyNBC and order entry goes into the order and makes the special price adjustments.
New book $100 list – standard discount 30% =$70 – additional discount 10% = Invoiced amount is $60
Used book $100 list – standard discount is 50% = $50 – additional discount of 10% = Invoiced amount is $40.
