KB249: Text Rental Procedural Guide

Information regarding the maximum length of the Rental Agreement has been added to the guide on page 14. Please note that the Rental Agreement cannot exceed 72 lines.

Several new sections have been added to the guide:
1. Accounting Impact - this section details the accounting impact of different types of rentals on the Stock and General Ledgers, both pre- and post-sales processing and month-end processing.
2. 'After the Transaction' sections - these sections, placed after each rental transaction section, describe the impact of the transaction throughout VisualRATEX.
3. A new appendix and a version history table have been added to the end of the guide.
