Email Server and Contact Email - Store Managed

The name of your email server and the email address for rental emails must be established in PrismCore Admin in Store Information <Ctrl+J 102>. If your mail server requires a username and password, enter those as well.

SMTP Mail Server	Incoming and outgoing mail server (required)
SMTP Mail Server Username	Username for your mail server (if applicable)
SMTP Mail Server Password	Password for your mail server (if applicable)
Rental Email Sender	The email address that you want to show as the sender of the rental emails (required). For example, textbookmgr@mystate.edu

Step-by-step instructions

In PrismCore Admin, access Store Information <Ctrl+J 102>.
Click the Miscellaneous tab.
Select Web” as the filter using the down arrow.
Type the SMTP Mail Server name in the appropriate cell.
Type the SMTP Mail Server Username and Password in the appropriate fields, if applicable.
Type the email address to show on rental emails in the Rental Email Sender cell.
If multi-location,

Click the green ‘forward” arrow in the toolbar.
Repeat these steps for each location.

Save the settings.
