NMRP Non-Returned Rentals

Non-Return Store Confirmation Email

Guest Services will send the store email address on file an email letting them know when NBC plans to charge their customers for the non-returned rentals. This email is only informational and sent as a courtesy. If, for any reason, we need to delay charging please email guestservicemanager@nebook.com with request and reason.

Non-Return Charge Emails

We send the customer an email every time we attempt to charge them whether it was successful or not. The customer could get up to 8 emails.

Non-Return Charge Description

The non-return charges show up on a customer’s bank account as “BKSTR RENTFEE 8555582759.”

Collections

We attempt to charge customers a total of 8 times. We typically charge on Wednesdays and Fridays. After 8 rounds of charging, the remaining uncharged customers will be sent to our third party collection agency for further action.
