KB261: Document Imaging Setup Guide

Topic: VisualRATEX now supports document imaging. This feature allows documents such as checks or receipts to be scanned and linked within the VisualRATEX database. Electronically filing documents will cut down on paper use and storage space. Linking scanned documents will also increase efficiency and organization.

Information has been added to the file naming convention section of this guide, which can be found under "Storage Options" on page 5.

The guide has been updated to reflect the enhancements made in the 19.3 release of VisualRATEX. These enhancements include a new set of Scanning Options for color, contrast quality, etc, on the Scan Documents (CO.SCAN.BAT) page.
