Once a response has been received, you may decide to delete the incoming or outgoing message. If you delete the incoming message, the outgoing message is automatically removed from the Outgoing messages module. If you choose to delete the outgoing message, any related incoming messages will also be deleted.

To delete Incoming/Outgoing Messages:

1. Access the module in which the message you want to delete is stored.
2. Highlight the message you wish to delete.
3. Click the red X in the toolbar.
4. The following message will display:
   
   NOTE: The 'Delete the PO(s) also' checkbox will be available if a PO was created when the message was sent.
5. Click OK to delete, or Cancel.
