About Outgoing Messages Maintenance - Easylink
Outgoing Messages Maintenance is the module in which all electronic ordering messages are stored prior to sending.
There are four statuses of Easylink Messages in Outgoing Message Maintenance.
Send: A message of this status indicates the message has not yet been sent.
Sent: This indicates WPConsole has picked up the message.
Error: This status indicates there was a problem sending the message. You will need to contact PrismCore Support.
Hold: This status indicates the message is being held, and will not be sent until the status is changed.
When an order is first scheduled via want lists or purchase orders, the message status is "Send". Once the message has been picked up via WPConsole, the message changes to a status of "Sent".
Once a message has changed, in Outgoing Messages, Easylink Schedule, from 'Send' to 'Sent, WPConsole has sent your message. You should proceed to Incoming Messages to view any responses from the vendor.
NOTE: Although your Easylink cycle time may be set to 30 minutes, the vendor may take longer to respond.
