Accessing Admin Tool

  1. Access the web address provided to you. The address should be something like the following: http://thunder.nebook.com (Your link may be different).
  2. The site will display, similar to below.

  1. Select the appropriate Sign In option.
  2. Log in using the Site ID provided
    1. User Name and Password are the same as your PrismCore credentials.


  1. PrismPOS Dashboard displays on the left and Recent Update Information displays on the right.


Most of the modules are grouped together in five categories: Configuration, Inventory, Reports, Other, and My Account. Customers and Transaction Inquiry are not grouped.

To open a group, select the dropdown arrow, to the right of the Category.
To Log out of Admin select Log Out.
