Accessing Admin Tool

Access the web address: https://pos.prismrbs.com/1.9/Web/ (In Canada it is https://canada.pos.prismrbs.io/1.9/Web/).

Log in using the Site ID provided

Type your User Name and Password.

The PrismPOS navigation pane displays on the left.

Clicking on What's New will take you to the PrismPOS Release Notes and Knowledge Base & Documentation page on the PrismRBS Support Portal.

Most of the modules are grouped together in categories: POS Parameters, Reports, Store Setup, Inventory, Other, and My Account. Customers and Transaction Inquiry are not grouped.

To open a group, select the dropdown arrow, to the right of the Category.

To Log out of Admin select Log Out.
