Admin Tool Enhancements
- Register Report located in, Thunder Admin Tool > Reports has been modified to display Total Number of Sales and Tender Totals by authorization as well as the ability to consolidate totals from all registers. Select the POS, All Registers or select a single register, and a Date. After making a selection or changing a selection the report displays.
Admin Tool Bug Fix
- In the Thunder Admin Tool > Inventory > Rental History, all columns (XREF, Date Rented, Refund Exp Date, Due Date, Return Date, Status) that can be sorted are sorting correctly (ascending and descending) without error.
- When the A/R Requirements and Rental Requirements are not the same in Thunder Admin Tool > POS Setup > Parameters tab, if a field is not required by A/R, it will look at the rental requirements and prompt the user for any required fields.
- When a transaction was suspended and then retrieved on another day, the transaction was missing when the Transaction Reconciliation report was ran in Thunder Admin Tool > Reports > Transactions. This has been fixed so that the retrieved transaction is synced correctly and displays on the report.
- The Process Date instead of the Create Date is now used when running the Transaction Reconciliation report in Thunder Admin Tool > Reports >Transactions.
- The Transaction Reconciliation report in Thunder Admin Tool > Reports > Transactions now runs correctly without error.
- Items now display in scanned order on transactions in Thunder Admin Tool > Transaction Inquiry.
Register Bug Fixes
- Rental Refunds, in PrismCore ICS, now shows the refunded receipt and displays the Return Type to either Refund or Return accordingly.
- Sales Event Discounts now display correctly as a negative amount on receipts.
- The Search Type, ISBN/Catalog # is now separate searches for ISBN and Catalog #.
- Catalog # search now works correctly.
- When the A/R Requirements and Rental Requirements are not the same in Admin Tool > POS Setup > Parameters tab, if a field is not required by A/R, it will look at the rental requirements and prompt the user for any required fields.
- Suspended Transactions from different dates now have a Create Date based on the date the transaction is completed.
- When a new Customer is added at the register and an Account attached, the No Limit checkbox is no longer checked by default.
- Items now stay in scanned order on transaction display on the register and on the printed receipt.
- Transaction was done in Liberty POS that contain a transaction discount now displays correctly when the transaction is viewed in PrismPOS.
Note: When a non-discountable item is added to the transaction with a transaction discount applied, this transactions total is not correct. This is being addressed.
Register Bug Fixes Ratex Only
- The amount of the transaction discount was not being recorded correctly on a refund into the VST for the correct location. This has been fixed so that when a refund is done on Prism2.0 that contained a Transaction Discount, the correct discount amount is being recorded in the VST on the correct location.
