Release Notes Statement

New functionality added to Mosaic is controlled by feature flags to ensure readiness prior to use in production environments. Throughout release notes the phrase “If enabled” is used to designate capabilities that may be turned on or off. Such options may be released for a limited audience or dependent upon additional updates. These options will still be referenced in release notes to make clients aware of all new application capabilities. 

Reports

Inventory by Fixture report - To provide better auditing of products, the Inventory By Fixture report now includes the Scan Code along with the default barcode. This update helps identify the specific number that was scanned for a product that have multiple barcode values.

Receiving Document - In multistore environments, the Export Receiving Document from Purchase Order details will now correctly reflect the location the PO was created at in the document header. Previously the document details were accurate, but the store name defaulted to the primary location.

Transaction Search - The Transaction Details CSV export now includes Serial Numbers if they are in the line item details. Values will appear under the column header “SerialNo” in the export.

Miscellaneous Enhancements & Bug fixes

Apple DEP - To support the data requirements for Apple’s Device Enrollment Program, an Organization ID field was added to Administrator > Store Setup - Parameters tab. This is an optional value that will be used with APIs that share DEP transaction data.

Invoice Maintenance - Oops errors that resulted from recent invoice changes were corrected. Stores are no longer required to use a workaround on the Invoices page. Be advised, that an invoice Status is required on creation, so the Status does still need to be selected when adding an invoice from the Purchase Order > Invoices tab.

Matrix Items - DCC changes to a matrix item product family now update all SKUs regardless of the variant that is edited. Before, the update would only persist if the user edited the first SKU listed.
