Release Notes Statement

New functionality added to Mosaic is controlled by feature flags to ensure readiness prior to use in production environments. Throughout release notes the phrase “If enabled” is used to designate capabilities that may be turned on or off. Such options may be released for a limited audience or dependent upon additional updates. These options will still be referenced in release notes to make clients aware all new application capabilities. 

Department Charge Details on Web Orders

An icon and associated modal window to enter department charge details is now available on web orders so that web order fulfillment managers can capture complete details with the charge.

Upon receipt of a “Department Charge” tender, an icon appears on the Web Order Details screen to input charge account prompts, required or optional.
If required fields are missing, a warning message will appear and the “Work Order” button will be inactive. Once required fields entered or a new payment method is chosen, users will be able to continue working an order.

Digital Books

Digital books available in Mosaic and sold through PrismPOS now have the Digital Instructions included on the register receipt. When a digital book is sold at POS, redemptions instructions and/or “basket ID” information needed to access the digital content appears at the bottom of the receipt.

Invoices

Extended Cost on Mosaic invoices is now an editable field. This allows merchandise managers to better handle rounding differences that tend to occur for low cost items.

Upon opening existing invoice records, extended cost appears as the last saved value.

Transaction Export

To streamline access to transaction details, the ability to export transaction details directly from the Transaction Search screen has been added. The output generated from the new ‘Export Details (CSV)’ option is consistent with the existing Data Exchange job format presented when Transaction Details are exported.

Bugs & Small Enhancements

Mosaic will now print all POs that you have selected from the Purchase Order search screens. Previously, when multiple POs were selected, and the “Print (#) POs” button was pressed, the resulting PDF would show as blank. This has been fixed.
