Buyback

Buyback icon now works when menu is collapsed.
Auto-search has been removed from Buy Books. Press Enter to initiate search after entering ISBN.
- Improvements have been made to the advanced search in buyback.
- Advanced buyback searching now limits result to 500. If the search has more than 500 results the application will recommend refining search criteria.
Barcode searching is now supported in Buy Books.
Closed buyback sessions are now viewable.
Vendor File is changed to Wholesale Supplier, in Buyer’s Guide screen.

Product search bar now displays a filter to limit results to Books, GM, or Both.
Stock Adjustments are now searchable by SKU, Author, Title, Description, Catalog #, ISBN, or Barcode
A confirmation prompt now displays if a user attempts to change stock on hand for a 0.00 price item.
Enabling Advance GM Maintenance allows users to see Product Management tabs when adding new GM products.

Email address fields have been renamed to be consistent.
Lower controls are no longer accessible when the browser spinner indicates a search is in-progress.
If enabled, PrismPOS transactions associated to the customer's profile are now viewable.

Price lists are now be sorted by Publisher/Author.
Shelf tag changes. including adjustable margins, were delivered to ensure appropriate alignment when printing.
Retail can now be excluded from system-generated credit requests.
Exporting Purchase Orders to PDF now supports Author/Title and an option to include Retail.
Purchase Orders can be printed in a Proposed and Open status.

When creating a term, the department list now defaults to including all Academic Departments assigned to that terms Campus and the Allocation Percentage is set to 100.
Stores integrating with PrismWeb can now set terms to display on PrismWeb.

If enabled, the system’s Administrator menu displays Web Orders menu to showing orders place via PrismWeb. This menu will be expanded to support order processing in a future release.

The Mosaic logo displays front and center upon login.
Upon returning to a search page attention is focused on the search bar with an option to repeat or replace the previous search.
Previous search results continue to display after user edits a product and returns to the search list.
If rounding options are changed in Administrator > Parameters, the system prompts the user, Do you want to update all retail prices and margins to reflect the new rounding method? Yes will update all retail and margins on the product page to accommodate the new rounding. No will change future items, but not items already in the system.

Location information now displays on buyback list.
Deleted users no longer display.
Choosing Each for a package type now correctly defaults to a quantity of 1.
Editing a screen now displays edit page with a single click.
Packing list report now generates as expected for buyback purchasers, by date range.
Rounding issues have been corrected.
Removed invalid checkboxes and term dropdown from the PO/Returns view, since from this view, the return needs to be tied to the accessed invoice.
The Buyer’s Guide Comparison report now correctly pulls the Guide Price.
Overlapping discounts on suppliers now error appropriately.
Credit request search now works for all statuses.
Adding a new DCC now updates the DCC dropdown without needing to refresh.
Credit memos now auto-close appropriately.

If enabled, users can add tax names via the POS Tax Administration menu.
Tax types may be activated/deactivated by DCC.
Tax rates can now be created and maintaned via the Tax Rate Details screen.
Store’s time zone can now be managed so reports show the correct local time and date.
If enabled, users may be redirected to the Thunder Admin tool login in a new browser tab directly from Mosaic.
Buyer’s Guide screen settings can now be saved.
