Campuses are academic institutions served by your store. You may serve one institution or you may provide books and merchandise for multiple institutions. A campus will have its own term structure, courses, and instructors.

  1. Select + Add from Campuses screen.

     

  2. Enter campus Name.

  3. Enter campus Description.

  4. Enter campus Abbreviation.

  5. Select Save.

Name

Short name of campus (i.e. Neb State Univ). 80 character limit. 

Description

Longer name of campus (i.e. Nebraska State University).  255 character limit.

Abbreviation

Three letter abbreviation (i.e. NSU). The abbreviation will become part of each term name attached to it. For example, 2024ANSU. Note: This field allows more than three characters but only the first three will be used in the term name.
