Enhancements

Removed the Tell-a-Friend code from PrismWeb.
Added additional logging in the background for Credit Card Authorization Errors.
Update to the Ingram Image Service code to streamline image retrieval.
Added logging in the background to capture the user’s IP Address information when a web order is placed.
Updated Text Req system to use the Ingram Image Service to provide book images.

Bug Fixes

Corrected issue in tax calculation for an order where the shopper’s shipping info country lists a country other than the United States or Canada, then selected a store pickup shipping method. Previously tax was not recalculated, after this change the tax will calculate correctly at the in store pickup rate.
