FMBO Printing and Exporting Files from PrismCore

When using the remote app to log into PrismCore, the system automatically maps all of your local printers on your workstation to the PrismCore application. Thus, when you go to print something, you should be able to utilize the print options as you normally would.

There is a difference, however, in how to will save off reports. When you select the export option, you will receive the following message:

This is an informational dialog. Select OK, and then you can continue to export the report. Be aware, however, you will see, in the dialog, both the drives on the terminal server, as well as your own personal drives. You can only export to your own personal drives, however.

As you can see, the drive listing shows all drives available. But if you try to save to the terminal server (C:), you will receive the following message.

You are only allowed to save to your own personal drives. The same is true for importing files into PrismCore. If you attempt to access a drive on the terminal server, you will see the error message above. However, you can transfer files form your personal drives through PrismCore without issue.
