Admin Tool Enhancement

A default for Use as Guarantee toggle on rentals yes/no flag has been added to Thunder Admin Tool > POS Setup > Parameters. When set to Yes, the Use as Guarantee flag at the register will be defaulted to Yes, if No, then the default will be set to No.

When a customer looked up a transaction in Thunder Admin Tool > Transaction Inquiry, the ProcessDate was using local time zone and the Auth Timestamp was being set to CST. This has been fixed so that the Auth Timestamp is being set to local timezone matching the ProcessDate.

Pressing the "X" to close the Rental Options window was causing issues because it was not releasing the scanner. The "X" has been removed from the Rental Options window to prevent this from happening.
When a same day Shift4 refund by receipt was done, the amount was being doubled. This has been fixed so the refund amount is correct and no longer doubling.
When a rental transaction was done that used a tender that required a signature for the tender and another tender that required a signature for the guarantee tender, the transaction was not prompting for a signature for the guarantee tender causing the transaction to get stuck in a loop and not complete. This has been fixed so that a signature is prompted for both the tender and guarantee tender allowing the transaction to complete correctly.
