Logging In and Out

Log In

  1. Before logging into the application, the cradle/sled must be powered on.

  2. Check for app updates.

  3. Flick left or right across iPhone screen to find and then select the NBC Mobile POS application from list of app icons.

     

  4. Type your Username and Password from the keyboard displayed once you tap in each of the fields.

  5. Tap Login.

     

Notes:

  • Your iPhone must be registered before using it the first time.  Contact Support to register your phone.

  • Your cashier information must be set up and exported from WPAdmin.

  • If you enter an incorrect Username or Password, you will receive an error message.

Log Out

  1. Tap the menu in the top right corner.

     

  2. Tap Sign Out.

     

  3. Tap Yes to confirm you want to log out.
