Enhancements

Select Tender Screen now includes Add a Customer and scrolls top to bottom.
A new button has been added to Tools Printer screen called Ping. When selected causes the Printer to print a line of text “Printer connected to <REGISTER NAME> “ to identify which register the printer is used with.
Receipt Text Messages now hadle spacing dynamically.

Duplicate sales screens when logging in or doing receipt searches, no longer display.
Previously the Dismiss button, that displays on the camera screen would move based on the orientation of the screen. This has been corrected and the dismiss button displays on the left.
When using Signature Required the signature prompt would incorrectly display sideways over the transaction action screen and nothing would display when you selected next transaction. Now the signature prompt will correct display over the transaction screen and once you sign the next screen will promptly display.
