Logging into Your Staging Website

To access the files for your staging website, you will need to be set up with FTP access for two factor authentication. Contact PrismWeb Support to be set up with a username and password. After receiving your password from Support, in https://manager.prismservices.net/ navigate to Manager > FTP Access. This page will provide you with instructions to set up your 2FA (two factor authentication) and the FTP Client. Instructions are available for BitVise and Cyberduck. After setting up your FTP Client, to access your staging website files:

Open the FTP client and open access to your website files.
Login to your FTP account.
This will display the folders and files in the root folder of your staging website.
Open the file you want to edit using your HTML editor.
