Daily Script to Clean Up Orphaned Products This enhancement enables a script to run daily that removes duplicate product records for general merchandise, trade books, and digital textbooks that are not attached to a catalog, an open term, or are attached to a closed term that is greater than three years old.
The script is ran for those stores that are not designated as stand-alone. Stand-alone stores may request a script to delete duplicate product records on an individual basis by contacting customer support.

Develop Solution to Not Allow PO boxes This enhancement ensures that a customer on PrismWeb will not complete checkout with a shipping address that includes a PO Box, unless the shipping method is either USPS or in-store pickup.
If a customer enters a PO Box in either address field in the Ship To address, and the shipping method is not either USPS or in-store pickup, the following error will display once the user clicks Continue to Payment Info: "PO Box is not an eligible shipping address for your selected shipping method. Please update your shipping address to something other than PO Box."
Prior to this enhancement, an attempt to access the Usage page for a coupon in PrismWeb Manager would error when a shopper ID associated with the coupon was removed from the store database. This has been resolved. The Usage page for a coupon in PrismWeb Manager can be accessed even when a shopper ID associated with the coupon is removed from the store database.
Handle In-Store Pickup Shipping Without Adding the Word Pick to the Shipping Name This enhancement expands the naming options for a store pickup shipping method. Previously, the word 'pick' was required in the Name field for the sh ipping method to be flagged as a store pickup. With this enhancement, the word 'pick' is required in either the Name or Description fields. For instance, the shipping method Name can be 'Northside Dorm Clubhouse' while, the Description is 'Northside Dorm Clubhouse Pickup'.
To note, the Description field does not display on the PrismWeb customer site. Only the Name field displays on the PrismWeb customer site.
Digital Content URL Landing Page Revamp The digital text landing page that renders when a user inputs the POS receipt URL incorrectly is updated to the following text:
"Oops! Something Went Wrong!
Please try entering your redemption URL again exactly as it appears on your receipt.
NOTE: your URL is case sensitive!
If you continue to experience issues, please contact your bookstore for assistance."
Previously the change history report would give you multiple updates for a single title regardless of which date was selected. Now the report only returns updates specific to the selected date.

Prior to this fix, when retrieving digital text redemption codes from the URL on the PrismPOS receipt footer, hovering the cursor over the redemption code changed the cursor from auto to the pointer, indicating an action. However a single click initiated no action. This has been resolved. When retrieving digital text redemption codes from the URL on the PrismPOS receipt footer, hovering the cursor over the redemption code, the auto cursor will remain. The user will double-click the redemption code to highlight, then right-click copy to clipboard.
With this fix, an additional column is included on the Add Product To Catalog dialogue box. The ID column lists the product family ID for the product listed.
