Prior to the fix, non-merchandise items included in mail order transactions were erroneously listed on the POS Register Totals and Non-Merchandise Reports, and not listed on the Mail Order Register Totals Report. This has been resolved. Nonmerchandise items included in mail order transactions appear on the Mail Order Register Totals Report, and are not listed on the POS Register Totals and NonMerchandise Reports.
Prior to this fix, only the retail price of a DTMA (Digital Text Mass Adoption) textbook was updated by the 'Digital Content Updater' service, not the cost. This has been resolved. Both the retail price and cost of a DTMA (Digital Text Mass Adoption) textbook are updated by the 'Digital Content Updater' service to maintain a consistent margin.
Previously, PrismCore would not allow an ISBN to be changed if the book was previously rented on a NMRP/P2 period that ended or was expired. The message: 'update failed: 1 textbook(s) used in rental system' would display. This has been corrected.
Previously, phone numbers and addresses were not transferring correctly between PrismPOS and PrismCore. This has been corrected.
Previously, in the Toolkit > Financial Aid Lookup module, the account status field 'Amount Available' was not displaying the corresponding amount from PrismCore. This has been corrected. Additionally, accounts were displayed that were not flagged as 'Active' for the student in PrismCore. This has also been corrected, so that non-active accounts are no longer sent.
Prior to this fix, when a rental was substituted the price was not updated correctly, this has been corrected.
