A column with the heading ‘Rental Qty’ is in the detail section of Item Maintenance. This column is not used for NMRP rentals. Outstanding NMRP rentals are not reflected in the Rental Qty field in the Item Maintenance module.
Only current outstanding Store Managed rental quantities show in the Rental Qty column in the Item Maintenance module. This quantity is the current total of both new and used quantities for outstanding Store Managed rentals.
