From Buyback List Search home page, select +Create New List
Select desired Session from drop down list.
Select desired Purchaser from drop down list.
Save
Session, Purchaser, Status and Create Date will all default in and be unchangeable. Description defaults in but you are able to adjust if needed.
Checkbox “Include $0 Priced Books” is selected, uncheck if desired.
Locations
Select +Add Location/Term
Select Location from drop down.
After Location is selected, you will be able to select Term from drop down.
Select Amount to Use from drop down.
Select Subtract Buyback from drop down.
Save
Books to Buy
Select Location/Term from drop down, it will provide the term you selected previously.
You are then able to generate your Books to Buy list by selecting the Generate List button at the top left of your page
Adjust Buy Qty as needed
Add Comments as needed
Save Record
